We are thrilled to announce the appointment of our new co-chairs, Natalie Fong and Sharonna Chan! Their diverse backgrounds and commitment to fostering community make them perfect leaders for our vibrant group of young professionals.

Sharonna is a key member of Camden in Hong Kong, where she crafts tailored communication campaigns that resonate across global markets. A graduate of Emily Carr University of Art + Design, she brings a strong background in design thinking, along with expertise in multiple design disciplines. Leveraging her experience, she leads cross-functional teams to create dynamic campaigns. Passionate about the intersection of design and culture, she continually pushes creative boundaries to deliver innovative solutions, inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Natalie Fong
Young Professionals Committee Co-Chair

Natalie Fong is a storyteller, marketing specialist, and inspired food writer in Hong Kong’s hospitality scene. With a Bachelor of Media Studies from the University of British Columbia, she began in the Arts industry before turning her heels to F&B, where her deep-rooted knowledge and curiosity continue to drive her forward.

Natalie has been involved with the chamber for many committees and events. Her ethos has always been about authenticity and uncovering the core essence of each person or brand.  “People connect to people” and food is no different.  Her current work with Feste Group as Head of Brand and Marketing and organiser of the Young Chef Young Waiter Young Mixologist competition proves that.  Warm, passionate, and dedicated - Natalie is undeniably a perfect fit for the hospitality industry, knowing exactly how to build a sense of community and bring a smile to everyone’sface wherever she goes.
