Established in 1977, Tai Hung Fai Group (“THF”) is a specialized real-estate developer with an extensive portfolio of hotels, serviced apartments, retail shops, residential, office and industrial buildings, located in prime locations across Hong Kong. Over the years, THF has actively participated in Hong Kong's urban redevelopment and revitalization, with projects including Hotel Indigo, Kadoorie Lookout, The Eastmark, Virtus Medical Tower, and 1001 King’s Road. In 2020 THF launched its first heritage preservation project, Hotel 1936, a “tong lau” shophouse, located in Fa Yuen Street, Prince Edward. Through the THF Charitable Foundation, the group has supported numerous initiatives in Canada, including the Edwin S.H Leong Healthy Aging Program at the Unv. of British Columbia, and the Leong Centre for Healthy Children at the Unv. of Toronto.
