The company is developing a 3 in 1 project: a vocational college, research centre and industrial park, and a living community. It is located in Zhongshan, in the Greater Bay Area, which is one-hour drive to Hong Kong. The project will recruit foreign companies with technical know-how and successful sales track records, to establish sales offices, research centres and factories in the Zhongshan project. The foreign enterprises will participate in designing curriculums for the vocational college which will train workers for the foreign factories. Senior business students at the vocational college will find marketing agents for the foreign companies to develop sales in China. Local factory owners in Zhongshan who are looking to upgrade their production process to higher skill levels will invest in factories to manufacture products for the foreign companies. The community part of the project will supply housing and living amenities to foreign employees.
