Roco has a Bachelor degree in Environmental Design (UBC), a Masters degree in Project Management (UniSA), and is a Chartered Project Management Professional (MRICS) under The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a MBTI Certified Trainer & Practitioner. Simon Blanchet

"Simon is responsible for the strategy, direction and daily operations of the cybersecurity team. He has over 22 years of experience in Cybersecurity and Software Development. Before Serai, he was Director of Threat Vulnerability Surface of Attack at Block.one / Bullish where he was responsible for vulnerability assessments, periodic penetration tests, bug bounty, security configuration compliance and remediation efforts. He also spent 10 years with HSBC in various Information Security and Cybersecurity roles in Switzerland and Hong Kong.
