Join this event to find out more about the Canadian property market trends in Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal.  The property committee aims to provide quarterly updates by bringing in specialist in the field to provide their insights on the new projects, any new regulations, and changes in investment focus/eligibility for foreign buyers of Canadian property.

Dan Scarrow
Managing Director of Canadian Real Estate Investment Centre, Shanghai, China
 

Dan started his real estate career with Macdonald Realty in 2006, where he received an Award of Excellence in his first year by brokering more than CAD$50 million. After moving from sales to the management side in 2009, Dan has held several senior roles in the organization, eventually being sent to Shanghai to establish Macdonald’s office there in 2014. Dan was named to Real Estate Professional Magazine’s Hot 100 list in 2015 and is regularly interviewed by Canada’s top media, including the CBC, Vancouver Sun, Globe and Mail, National Post, CKNW, and Global News.

Dan has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University and is fluent in Mandarin.


 
Keelan Chapman
 
Keelan was born in Canada to a Canadian father and French mother, however, grew up in Asia majority of his life spending twelve years in Hong Kong and four years in Beijing. As a result he speaks English and French fluently, and Chinese at high intermediate level. After graduating from McGill University in 2013, Keelan moved to Victoria to pursue a career in Real Estate. Keelan is now resides in Hong Kong and is the sales manager of the Canadian Real Estate Investment Centre (H.K.), a one-stop-shop for Asian based investors interested in purchasing property in Canada.

Christopher Dillon is the principal of Dillon Communications, a Hong Kong–based corporate communications firm providing writing, consulting and training services.
Over more than two decades, he has provided communications services to some of the world’s most successful companies, including Airport Authority Hong Kong, Bechtel, BrandLoyalty, Deloitte, the Economist Group, Manulife, Munich Re and Wal-Mart.

Christopher is also the author of the Landed series of real estate books. An accomplished trainer, he appears regularly in the local and international media and speaks at events throughout Asia.
