As Anti-Money laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) requirements from regulators continue to tighten globally, Financial Institutions (FIs) need to maintain robust controls and risk management frameworks to effectively mitigate ML/TF risks. How will regulatory changes affect FIs? What are the upcoming regulatory trends and proposed changes? What should FIs do to avoid falling short of the required standards from regulators such as the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Securities and Futures Commission, Insurance Authority and Customs & Excise Department? Join us to find out some of the answers to these questions and more.
