Dee is an experienced insurance specialist with a focus on finding the best health and employee benefits solutions for businesses in the financial technology sector, hospitality sector, and families. She has an entrepreneurial background in health and wellness, bringing fresh ideas to the Asia Pacific region like co-founding Float Co. the first float therapy center in Hong Kong and now in the Greater Bay Area. Having trained in modes of wellness like yoga, mindfulness meditation, and a certified birth doula, she brings the human side of doing business where work and play are one.

Dr. Kimberley Carder is a clinical psychologist who specialises in working with children, teens and families. She started her clinical career working and researching special needs development and education. She has worked in the non-profit and education sector, and now works in private practice. She works passionately supporting children and families with clinical issues such as Mood and Adjustment Disorders as well as developing shared emotional vocabularies for families to support behavioural issues at home. Outside of the clinic she does public speaking at schools and companies advocating for better conversations around mental health and helps run a children’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program.

Lisa Tarquini is a UK Registered Nutritionist and a Licensed Menopause Champion, with Menopause Experts Group. She is on a mission to raise awareness, educate and empower anyone impacted by menopause. Lisa wants to signpost women, trans and non-binary people to best practice menopause care; to train professionals so that they can provide the best service to anyone experiencing menopause; and to provide specialised training and support to organistions to positively impact cultural change around menopause.

Dr. Timothy Woo is the APAC Wellness Response Partner at Meta, supporting mental health crisis responses. Timothy received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work from York University, and his Doctoral Degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has over 15 years of experience in working with young people in organisations such as the Canadian International School of Hong Kong, Child Development Team with Central Health, the YMCA, Grandview Children's Centre, World Vision Canada, and ISF Academy. Timothy is also a board director with NGO KELY Support Group. With a focus on family resilience and adolescent depression, Timothy is passionate about contributing to the field of adolescent mental health such that youth understand their inherent value and are able to see the potential impact that they have in the community and world around them.

Zara Chan

Dr Zara Chan is a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology. She started on this journey because of her passion for women in pregnancy and the love of the miraculous nature of pregnancy. Her professional and personal experience in this area led her to discover the many phases of a women’s life that is often over looked by the community and by women themselves.

She is a mother of 4 children and wife to a plastic surgeon. Her interests outside of work is split between her kids and a solo activity of choice. The latest is learning the harp.
