Bauhinia Lee
Sales & Business Development Lead (HK & Taiwan)
Glints
As a multi-hyphenate Millennial, Bauhinia is the Sales & Business Development Lead at Glints during the day, an HRTech startup, for Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. Glints goes beyond the recruitment platform model and focuses on education and upskilling programs such as online classes and career training, and off-shore talent outsourcing hubs. Bauhinia is an advocate in the intersection of diversity, youth, education and entrepreneurship. Besides volunteering for Junior Achievement Hong Kong, as a ‘Business Advisor’, she co-founded and co-leads the Hong Kong Chapter of SoGal Foundation, the largest global platform for the education and empowerment of diverse entrepreneurs and investors. With the mission to close the diversity gap in entrepreneurship, the Foundation has 45+ chapters around the globe and has been featured in Forbes, Inc, Fortune, WSJ, and more.
 

Frankie Ng
Hong Kong Lead
Shopify
Frankie Ng is the Market Lead for Shopify in Hong Kong. He spent the last two years with Shopify on their enterprise division working with large clients like Red Bull, Nestle, and LA Lakers to grow their ecommerce businesses. Before Shopify, Frankie spent three years as an executive with P&G. Now in Hong Kong, his focus is on helping local businesses grow online and sell internationally.
 

Philip Quinn
Head of FinTech Partnerships
Clarrow
Philip is currently the Head of FinTech Partnerships, APAC at Clarrow Hong Kong, a specialist Tech & Digital recruitment firm. He is also responsible for FinTech matters with the Irish Chamber of Commerce. Philip is originally from Dublin, a DCU graduate (BA International Marketing & Japanese) and Smurfit School of Business (MA International Business). He has been based in Hong Kong since 2007, prior to which he spent 4 years in Japan, including 1 year as an exchange student at Takasaki City Economics University and an internship with Fast Retailing (Uniqlo). He also spent 3 years working in International Relations for Kagoshima Prefectural Government. He is a committee member of Typhoons RFC, the Irish Chamber of Commerce’s liaison with HKRFU, and responsible for organising the annual Irish Chamber 7s Rugby Dinner.

Laura is Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Committee and Business Development Assistant at The Giles Agency. Originally from Toronto, Canada she studied International Business and Management at James Cook University and has been working across Asia in Singapore, Shanghai and now Hong Kong.
