Derek established Latitude International Consulting to provide professional consulting services to Fortune 500 multinational firms across the Asia Pacific. As the Managing Director at Latitude International for over 14 years, Derek has worked with executive teams to develop vision, mission, and strategic plans for their organizations, as well as to identify and review top leadership talent for succession planning and pipeline development. As an executive coach, Derek has provided one-on-one coaching to numerous executives and high potential leaders across the Asia Pacific and has also helped implement pan-Asia executive coaching programs.
