NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
THE CANADIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN HONG KONG

The Annual General Meeting of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong will be held at Ivey Business School, Room S321, Level 3, Phase 1, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, on the 5th of November, 2018 (6:30 pm - 8:00 pm) for the following purposes: 

1. Call to order and welcome                                                    
2. Confirm Notice of Meeting, Quorum and Proxies                 
3. Approve Minutes of the previous AGM
4. Chairman’s Report
5. Receive and approve the Audited Financial Statements  
6. 2018/2019 Executive Committee
   • i) Elect new Executive Committee Members
   • ii) Re-elect Executive Committee Members who have finished the first two-year term
7. 2018/2019 Governors’ Council 
8. Re-appoint Honorary Governance Advisor
9. Re-appoint Auditors for 2018/2019
10. Motion to Adjourn

All members are welcome to attend the AGM and should plan to be seated in the meeting room at the Ivey Business School, Room S321, Level 3, Phase 1, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong before 6:30pm on Monday, 5th November 2018.

Assigning a Proxy
