Earlier today, Secretary for the Environment KS Wong spoke about Hong Kong’s low carbon future at the luncheon organized by CanCham’s Sustainable Development Committee. Environmentalists were engaged in discussion about reducing or banning single-use plastic and enforcing recycling schemes, and were encouraged to combat climate change at the local level.
