Hong Kong is the most expensive real estate market in the world and those that argue otherwise have a different set of numbers than the rest of us.

Whether as a general investor, someone in the trade, or simply for your own knowledge, it is wise to be regularly updated on all the on goings in our concrete jungle. Here, established market professionals will discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly about commercial and the seemingly always hot residential real estate markets as well as a general overview about economic dynamics and where the future is headed.
