Agnes thrives in global roles, leveraging her expertise in strategy, finance, project management, and risk management. As an AVP at Manulife, she has successfully delivered projects that seamlessly integrate these diverse functions. Agnes is also a dedicated mentor, with a strong commitment to advancing women in the workplace.
Cydon Choi
Property & Development Committee
Cydon is currently at Colliers and was previously at JLL. He focuses on tenant representation in office leasing in Hong Kong. He has also worked as a landlord, being part of the K11 office leasing team within New World Development.
Prior to his career in real estate, Cydon held various roles in sales, marketing, and strategic planning while working for global FMCG companies like Unilever, Clorox, and the media conglomerate TVB.
Kara Cheung
Sourcing, Trading, & Manufacturing (STM) Committee
Kara is a highly-qualified logistician specializing in Asia-Pacific trade. With a solid foundation in logistics education, including a post-graduate course in Logistics Management from the University of Sydney, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her expertise will be invaluable in navigating the complexities of trade in the region.
Michelle Qiu
Financial Services Committee
Michelle is an accomplished professional with an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at UBC and a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto, Michelle has over 15 years of experience across major Canadian banks. Her expertise in Process Engineering, Project Management, and Strategic Planning, particularly for newcomer segments and high-net-worth clients, will greatly enhance our strategic initiatives.
Ron Kwok
Innovation Committee
Ron is enthusiastic about advocating for the adoption of technological innovation in businesses of all sizes. He has served as a dedicated volunteer on the Entrepreneur and Small Business Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce for the past two years. His extensive experience working with leading technology companies such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Google over the past decade has equipped him with deep industry knowledge and expertise. Ron leverages this wealth of experience in his role with the chamber to champion the adoption of cloud technology and showcase Canadian innovation on both local and international platforms.
Sharon Wong
Sustainable Development Committee
As a Director in Corporate Banking at CIBC, Sharon has over 10 years of corporate lending experience in the Asia Pacific region. Based in Hong Kong and Singapore, she has recently taken on a representative role for ESG initiatives, actively participating in renewable transactions across Europe and Australia. Her previous experience includes roles at Citibank N.A. and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Simon Yu
Property & Development Committee
Simon is a passionate real estate leader and Associate Director at CBRE, dedicated to innovation and community building. As a co-founder of the PropTech Institute, he is at the forefront of driving tech adoption in real estate. Now serving as Co-Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Property Committee, Simon effectively bridges the Canadian and Hong Kong markets.
Tina Wei

With nearly 20 years of leadership and investment experience in global alternative investment, Tina excels in fund investment, portfolio management, and strategic marketing. As the Managing Partner of PristineView Capital Advisers, she advises institutions and high-net-worth clients on asset allocation strategies, making her insights crucial for our initiatives.
