What is the Nomination Committee?
(i) The Nomination Committee consists of six(6) voting members and one(1) non-voting member with:
- One (1) voting member named by the Executive Committee from the
- Chamber membership;
- Two(2) voting members from the Executive Committee;
- Three(3) voting members from the Governors’ Council; and
- The President being the non-voting member.
(ii) The Nomination Committee shall be chaired by one of the representatives from the Governors’ Council.
(iii) The Nomination Committee shall advise the Executive Committee by identifying and soliciting individuals qualified, suitable and willing to fill vacant officer or Governor positions or other elected positions as requested from time to time by the Executive Committee. Specific duties of the Nomination Committee shall be included in the By-laws as amended from time to time.
