Mentorship Programme
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (CanChamHK) believes it is important to build a platform for young professionals to develop their careers, build a strong business and social network, and provide opportunities to learn across a broad range of topics that have relevance to young professionals today.
The Mentorship Programme aims to develop the business acumen of young professionals by allowing them to learn from the experiences of distinguished professionals and enhance their professional network in Hong Kong.
A structured mentoring programme strives to match experienced business veterans with young professionals for the purpose of building a mentoring relationship based on trust, experience exchange, support and guidance.

TESTIMONIALS
“This is such an honor to be part of the program and thrilled to have the opportunities to meet with many great young mentees. It has been rewarding as well to share my career experience and advice to the mentees to see them grow to be a better them and achieve their goal. Thanks you again for this great opportunity and look forward to the next.”
Michelle Qiu (Mentor) Director, Asian Banking at CIBC Hong Kong
“It is not just “another” mentorship programme, but one that builds bridges and connects the dots. I was privileged to be assigned a mentor who seeks to inspire and support. From small talks to identifying my interests and constantly introducing opportunities, my mentor has offered me all the support that I seek. Take the most out of this experience: don’t save the best for last, but always share your stories. Inspire and Be Ready to Be Inspired.”
Pearl Mak (Mentee) Management Trainee at L’Oréal
“Mentorship was fulfilling for both the mentor and the mentee – I learned about the mindset of younger generations, the speed to action and the drive for innovation. Time well spent and gained a peer in the process.”
Jeffrey Hau (Mentor) Partner, Risk Consulting at KPMG
