About the Event

Hong Kong is faced with an imminent need for an even more sustainable future, with implications for everything from infrastructure to reporting to waste disposal and more.  New policies, regulations and incentives will require organizations to shift their approaches, to sustainability as a practice, breaking down traditional silos and infusing sustainability across all facets of their operations.  To best position themselves to take advantage of these new opportunities, organizations of all types are undergoing transformations in decision-making processes, talent development and acquisition strategies, and resource planning.

The panel discussion explores how organizations can prepare themselves for this new era and what skills and capacities in leadership are necessary for success.  This event provides great opportunity for senior leadership in commercial and non-profit organizations of all varieties to learn how to prepare their teams for success in a more sustainable Hong Kong.
