Leadership transition or change in any organization is already difficult and challenging process.  However, when transition or change is required in a family business, family legacy and values combined with stakeholder expectations can alter business priorities drastically.

Younger Asian economies, according to the UBS and PwC Billionaires Report 2016, will soon see their "first-ever major inter-generational wealth transfer." Meanwhile, 90 percent of billionaire fortunes do not survive beyond the first and second generations, according to the report, which signals the rising need for family offices in Asia.

In this event, we explore the paths of three 2nd generation Canadians whom have either followed in their parent's footsteps to succeed the family business and flourished and made a name for themselves.
