NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE CANADIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN HONG KONG

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Companies Ordinance that the Annual General Meeting of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong will be held at Ivey Business School, Room S321, Level 3, Phase 1, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, on the 26th of October, 2017 (6:30 pm - 8:00 pm).

2. Confirm Notice of Meeting, Quorum and Proxies                 

3. Approve Minutes of the previous AGM

4. Chairman’s Report

5. Receive and approve the Audited Financial Statements  

6. Present and elect Chairman for 2017/18

7. 2017/2018 Executive Committee

   • i) Elect new Executive Committee Members

   • ii) Re-elect Executive Committee Members who have finsihed the first two-year term

8. 2017/2018 Governors’ Council 

   • i) Elect new Governors

9. Re-appoint Honorary Governance Advisor

10. Re-appoint Auditors for 2017/2018

11. Motion to Adjourn

All members are welcome to attend the AGM and should plan to be seated in the meeting room at the Ivey Business School, Room S321, Level 3, Phase 1, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong before 6:30pm on Thursday, 26th October 2017.
