ABOUT THE EVENT

The Canadian, Finnish, Dutch & Swedish Chambers of Commerce are proud to present our concept series on Diversity Equity & Inclusion. We aim to create a space for key speakers, companies and organizations to explore this important & relevant topic, followed by an online networking session for our attendees to discuss further. For this episode of our InterChamber DE&I series our topic is “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Just Another Management Fashion or a Source of Sustainable Competitive Advantage". We'll be exploring the "Business case for DE&I" and the business benefits diversity can bring. The webinar will also give you resources to reflect on your own management practices as well as actionable tools to lead others. The combination of state-of-the art research with practical examples is powerful, making the webinar both impactful and useful.
