Come and join us to hear their inspiring sharing about how these three women have contributed to the development of the property business in Hong Kong over the years, and a discussion of their challenges and strategies for solving problems. By sharing their stories about their experience and achievements (in particular), and the contributions they have made to our Community, we can also share ideas as to how we can improve our own professional strengths.

About the Speakers:

Stella Abraham
National Director, Head of Residential Leasing and Relocation
Jones Lang LaSalle

Stella was born and raised in Hong Kong. She began her real estate career in 1998 with Marsh and Parsons in London, working primarily in the prestigious Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea areas.

In 2001, Stella moved to the United States and worked in both California and Vermont. She was awarded the Northern Vermont Board of Realtors 'Rookie of the Year 2009' award and the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society award for 2009-2010, an award only achieved by the top 5% of all sales associates globally.

Stella returned to Hong Kong in 2010 where she has used her in-depth knowledge of the city to great advantage.

Fiona Ngan
General Manager, Office Services
Colliers International

Fiona Ngan leads the Office Services business line and oversees both the business management and strategic development of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon office leasing teams. Fiona is leading over 40 professionals to bring up the Office Services business line to a market leading position.

Fiona has 23 years experience in office market and she joined the industry upon obtaining her master degree in the United Kingdom back in 1993; In 2008, she established the Colliers Kowloon Team and has been leading the team in making numerous remarkable achievements since then.

Cissy Leung
Head of Legal Services
Hongkong Land Limited

Cissy has been the Head of Legal Services in Hongkong Land Limited since 2004. Under Cissy's leadership at Hongkong Land Limited in this position, her team has been awarded the HK REal Estate In-House Team of the Year by ALB Law Awards for 8 years - in 2006, and then each year from 2009 to 2015.

Prior to joining Hongkong Land in 1994, Cissy was a solicitor in private practice at Mayer Brown JSM. Cissy holds a Master with Distinction from the Warwick Business School MBA and trained in Mayer Brown JSM (and seconded to Norton Rose, London for part of the training).

Cissy has also been a guest lecturer of University of Hong Kong PCLL Property Transactions course since 2009 and is a voluntary tutor of Chatteris Office Programme of Chatteris Educational Foundation 1995-2008, and mentor of University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law mentorship programme for most years since 2002.
