About the Event

Many organisations are redefining themselves in order to remain, agile, sustainable, profitable and most importantly relevant. We now live in an environment of fierce competition, much of which no longer comes from “the usual suspects”. Instead, large and established organisations are getting disrupted by numerous small and newly created start-ups, appearing so quickly that these companies struggle to react and adapt. To survive these times of increasing exponential change and disruption, constant innovation is essential. But what kinds of things can large organisations do to ensure they develop the truly innovative cultures these times require? Can companies implement formal or informal rewards for collaboration, both inside and outside their organisations, to motivate people to work together, learn and grow? And how can leaders best encourage, support and accept when inevitable failure occurs?

Please join us for this engaging discussion with three of Hong Kong’s leaders in this area to learn how they continuously work to ensure their organisations remain on the cutting edge of innovation in their respective industries.
