Fang Bourne

Fang Bourne is the Chief Operating Officer of BMO Financial Group Asia. Fang joined BMO in 2010 as Head of Operations, Asia and COO, BMO (China) Co. Ltd. In 2012, Fang was appointed as the COO of BMO Financial Group, Asia. In addition to the COO role, Fang was appointed as the Deputy President of BMO (China) Co. Ltd in 2016. Fang has over two decades of experience in the financial industry leading and managing infrastructure and shared services for wholesale banking, wealth management and retail banking; including finance, operation, technology, procurement, corporate real estate, and operational risk management. Prior to joining BMO, Fang was the COO at ANZ Bank (China) Co. Ltd. after progressive promotions within ANZ Banking Group in Melbourne, Australia. More recently, Fang relocated from Beijing to Hong Kong to lead and oversee the development of business strategy and growth of BMO Hong Kong branch. Fang is also passionate about making a positive impact within her community. She is the Executive Ambassador leading BMO Employee Giving Campaign in Asia. Fang is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Tasmania, Australia.

King Chung Lam (KC)

Mr Kc Lam Is the Head of Aftercare – Consulate and Chamber Engagement at Invest Hong Kong (Investhk), the Government Department Responsible for Attracting and Facilitating Foreign Direct Investment Into Hong Kong.  His Team Is Responsible for Helping Foreign Companies Already Established in Hong Kong Grow and Expand in and Via Hong Kong. Mr Lam Is a Seasoned Investment Promotion Professional, Having Assisted Companies in Several Sectors at Investhk, Including Transportation, Consumer Products and Green Technology, Including Tesla Motors and Asb Biodiesel, the Most Advanced Biodiesel Plant in Hong Kong and an Investment From Bahrain. Prior to Joining Investhk, Mr Lam Held Various Technical and Commercial Positions at Cathay Pacific Airways. Mr Lam Holds an Msc in Computer Integrated Manufacturing From the Cranfield University and a Beng in Aerospace Engineering From the University of Bristol.

Brandon Ng

Brandon Ng is Co-founder and CEO of Ampd Energy, a company driven by its vision of creating an emission free future for construction.
