ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
As part of the Season 9 Mentorship Programme, CanChamHK & Ascent Partners are excited to invite Actualize to deliver a learning and development workshop. Actualize specializes in culture change, leadership development, sales transformation, effective negotiations and coaching excellence in order to help people and organizations develop. This workshop will be an interactive and engaging experience for all participants and will focus on 3 main topics — sense making, personal branding and connecting.

  • Sense Making - Understand the difference between simple, complicated, and complex challenges. Experience the strategy behind sense-making using evaluation, process and action. We will end the session with a fun challenge to enable you to put all the learning into practice.
  • Personal Branding - Learn how to intentionally create the impression on others that you want to by choosing your mood. Appreciate how connecting with our values can enable you to create your own powerful belief statement that you can share with others.
  • Connectivity - In the future of work, our ability to make quick, quality connections will be more important than ever. Learn how authenticity, curiosity and courage can improve our ability to connect with others. Learn the types of questions that really work.

We are confident that this 1.5-hour workshop will provide you with some great insights and skills for you to apply to your personal and professional life!

Please note priority will be given to the Mentors and Mentees of the Season 9 Mentorship Programme.
