Brett joined SkyPoint Realty Partners at the end of 2015. He manages the Hong Kong office and is in the process of expanding the market in institutional grade multifamily real estate opportunities from Hong Kong to agencies across the Asia Pacific region.

Since 2003, Brett has represented various Canadian land, retail and residential asset opportunities. Previous companies he has worked with include Walton Group and ReDev Properties, representing property across Alberta and Ontario, Canada.

Brett is a long time resident of Hong Kong. He possesses a strong network of financial institutions, and various wealth managers around the Asian region.

Brett holds an EMBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Western University, Ontario. In his spare time he enjoys photography and studying investments.
