About the Event

In 2017-18, The Common Reporting Standards (CRS) is becoming a global reality, which means no more privacy on asset ownership. Thus, this presentation aims to explain:

  • FATCA, DTA’s, AML, NRFI – What do these mean for you?
  • Foreign accounts – Exposure and Disclosure Requirements.
  • Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI) – What are the implications and how it will affect your business?
  • Pension benefits and the Occupational Retirement Scheme Ordinance - our innovative pension solutions preserve data privacy

This event will be of particular value to Solicitors, Private Bankers, Accountants, Financial Advisers and Business Owners.
