About the Event
The Mining Industry is experiencing a prolonged sequence of new listings. The mining cycle clock is moving through new exploration to Mergers and Acquisitions. Now is the time for Financial Executives to brush up on their due diligence skills.
Join us as we explore some simple aspects that need to be considered:
-
Who’s writing the report and do they know what they’re doing?
-
Are the Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves meaningful?
-
What numbers and traits do I need to look for to answer the above questions?
We will also take a look at a number of case studies to illustrate the consequences of not considering these points.
