Following the success of our last CanChamHK delegation to DJI and BYD, the China Business Committee is proud to again organize a one-day delegation to Guangzhou, China in visiting:
1. Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group Co Ltd (GAIG, Chinese: 广州汽车工业集团)
2. South China New Material Innovation Park (Chinese: 华南新材料创新园)
3. Understanding from senior government officials regarding the latest update of foreign investment policies in China

About Guangzhou Automobile Institute:
Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group (or GAIG) is the JV partner of Toyota and Honda in China. Our delegation will be visiting be the Research Institute of GAIG, which is responsible for the planning of new products, development of new technologies and the implementation of major R&D work within the GAIG Group.

The GAIG Research Institute has over the years built a first-class domestic and international advanced research and development facilities in Guangzhou, including 15 types of laboratories such as vehicle, power assembly and new energy etc.
Dean of the GAIG Research Institute will be hosting the Cancham HK Delegation during the visit.

About South China New Material Innovation Park:
South China New Material Innovation Park is located in Guangzhou Science City, the core of Guangzhou Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, and the largest development zone in China. The Park integrates R&D, pilot production, business services, leisure and other functions in one. Shared platforms are: Global marketing service system, National R&D service system, Perfect investment & financing service system and Professional entrepreneurship guidance service system.

The Head of Huangpu Development District Investment Promotion Bureau (黄埔开发区招商局局长), General Manager of South China New Material Innovation Park  (华南新材料创新园总经理) and the Secretary of Huangpu District Federation of Industry and Commerce  (黄浦区工商联书记 ) will be hosting the Cancham HK Delegation during the visit.
