Overview:
Enjoy an evening of deep relaxation, an antidote to stress. This one-hour session aims to provide participants with the necessary tools to take a pause and reflect on their current life path.  Activities involve energy shift exercise - business attire is ok!  We may just ask you to take off your shoes and shake your wrists.

(Networking at 6.30pm with wine & cheese, and your guided relaxation journey from 7pm - 8pm)

About the event:

Most of us are caught in the whirlwind of 24/7 connected lifestyles. External demands, timeline, and commitments leave little time for rest, let alone reflection and forward thinking. Let’s insert a comma into our lives to stop, reflect and redirect. Consider this a gift to yourself to regroup and refocus your energy on that which is important to you.

CanChamHK is delighted to partner with Martha Collard, Founder and Catalyst for Emotional Wellbeing of Red Doors Studio for an evening of reflection. This represents a portion of her personal coaching process designed to support individuals of all ages in identifying their life of choice.
