How to log in for the first time:
If you are a Cancham member, you are already registered and simply need to reset your password. You do not need to register again.
Click here to reset your password. Type in the email address you use with Cancham. Normally this will be the address where you recieve our weekly newsletter and event notifications. If you are managing your company account with us you will recieve two emails - one for your personal username and the other for your company.
An email will be sent to you providing you with your username and also a link where you can set your password.
If you do not recieve an email within one hour, please check your spam or bulk mail folder. If you still encounter proplems, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Updating your profile:
There are a number of customizable fields where you may enter your personal and professional information. After logging in, you will be presented with an overview of your information. This information is divided into three catagories: "Personal Information"; "Professional Information"; and "Additional Information". To the right of each catagory there is an "Edit" link, clicking this will take you to a page where you can edit your information.
This will display your profession. Other personal information is not displayed for security reasons but can be accessed by CanCham staff.
Please ensure you have selected your profession as other members may wish to contact you based on your profession, for example if you are a lawyer then you will be found in the member directory when a search is done for lawyers.
This section will display information about your employer or business, as well as your committees. Note that the "Profession" field in this section refers to the industry that you work in, not your personal profession.
This section will display your alumni memberships.
This section displays any text you have written in the "more information" field.
Company vs. Private Accounts:
If you manage your company's account with Cancham, you will have two user accounts. One account will be your personal account, and the other will be your company's account. If you are unsure of your username and password for either of these accounts please use the lost password feature above. If you still cannot access your company account to update your company information please contact our support staff.
