Hong Kong 2030+ is built on the foundation of addressing these very issues of transport infrastructure, climate change and lack of urban planning.
Serving as a blueprint for long term sustainability, Hong Kong 2030+ represents the governments’ vision, policy and strategy for the territorial development of Hong Kong.
