About the Event:

China continues to be a major supplier of the world’s products. Whilst they have proven to be quick learners, there are still significant risks to be mitigated when procuring from China.
  • Are you aware of the risks and consequences associated with China procurement?
  • Do you find the equipment you receive does not meet your expectation (specification)?
  • Do you find it difficult to communicate with your supplier?
MadePartners Limited has years of experience in Managing China Procurement Risk. We have invited Mr. Paul Belcher, CEO of MadePartners Limited, to share with us his company’s success in China procurement and useful risk mitigation tools.

Paul will share case studies to highlight the risks associated with the purchase of products from China, and discuss the lessons learnt to:
  • Outline key criteria and issues associated with buying from China, and
  • Identify the steps involved in developing a sound procurement strategy
Who should attend?
  • Procurement managers who procure equipment/products from China
  • Companies who want to source from Chinese suppliers
  • Companies who want to better manage their risks when dealing with Chinese manufacturers
