About the Speakers:
Aaron Pang
Managing Director, LalaMove

Aaron is currently the Managing Director for Lalamove (formerly known as EasyVan) - Hong Kong, a multinational start-up founded in Hong Kong which have raised $30M USD since late 2013. He is responsible for improving business performance and elevating growth in a key market for South-East Asia.

Aaron has spent his career leading teams and consulting corporate and SMEs on change management in Australia and Hong Kong. His entrepreneurship and breadth of functional experience spanning across Business Development, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Project Management and Information Technology, makes him an all-round leader.

Aaron was formerly the founder of a trading business, a customer of Lalamove and fate brought the two together. Prior to that, Aaron worked as senior consultant at IBM and Hay Group where he led advisory services on change management and talent strategies.

Before that, Aaron spent his time in Australia, taking on managerial roles in consultancies and SMEs responsible for project implementation and business transformation strategies.

He graduated from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia with an MBA, and University of New South Wales, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management.
Michael Yip
Chief Innovation Officer, Modern Terminals Limited

Michael is responsible for inducing innovation across MTL, which operates container terminals at Kwai Tsing Container Port, Hong Kong, and operates and has a majority shareholding in Da Chan Bay Terminal One in the Pearl River Delta and Taicang International Gateway in the Yangtze River Delta in China. He is responsible for managing the process of innovation, bringing together technology, information, and process transformation initiatives. He is also part of the Company Strategy Board, responsible for formulating and driving corporate business plans and strategies.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in IT management & consulting, and prior to joining MTL, he was based in Shanghai as the Director of IT in China for Anheuser-Busch InBev. Michael holds an MBA jointly from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (USA) and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, as well as a BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (USA).
Nicolas de Loisy
President, Supply Chain Management Outsource 


Nicolas de Loisy is the President of SCMO, a global network of professional firms providing advisory in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. Their experts help transform supply chain challenges into strategic and competitive advantage through 40 offices in 25 countries.

Mark Kemper

With 10 years with KPMG as sector Partner, Mark has certainly seen his fair share of changes in a various sectors and industries. As is in the case of the logistics sector at the moment, disruptive change is happening. Change from a technology perspective, but more importantly demand lead change based on changing behaviours of consumers. As KPMG’s global head of Logistics, Mark is based in Hong Kong. One of the centre of change and innovation.  Mark is a regular speaker on a number of topics and is active in a number of sector communities on behalf of KPMG. In Mark’s global role, he has the opportunity to follow the strategic development of change in industries and can bring them in context of real opportunities now.
