About the Event:
In this session, you will have any opportunity to discuss with Dr. Justin Chiu, Executive Director of Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited, at a lunch event hosted by the CanChamHK's Property Committee.

In 2016, we expect a correction in the real estate market in Hong Kong. We will be exploring whether Hong Kong is headed a soft landing based on the recent market events, which includes:
  • Slowdown in the Mainland economy
  • Expected appreciation of the HKD, due to its peg to the USD
  • Anticipated launch of the Shenzhen Hong Kong Stock Connect
Join us at lunch where Dr. Justin Chiu will share his experiences and insights to help you learn more about the potential of the property market.
