Jennifer Kay Chan works diligently with her investor and end-user clients to ensure that the real estate transaction is as smooth and as enjoyable as possible. She has been a sales representative with Forest Hill Real Estate for the last four years, and was a property manager for many years prior to that. She brings a wealth of experience in customer service, marketing and sales to the real estate industry. She is familiar with both pre-construction as well as resale properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Having worked extensively in Toronto and in Hong Kong, she brings a broad international perspective to her role. About the Moderator:
Christopher Dillon

Christopher Dillon is an award-winning writer and entrepreneur based in Hong Kong.

In 2002, he bought and renovated a floor in an office building in Hong Kong’s Central business district. Since then, he has purchased and refurbished a luxury apartment on the west side of Hong Kong Island and transformed a derelict steam laundry into a multimedia studio.

That experience inspired four books: Landed Hong Kong (2008), Landed Japan (2010), Landed China (2013) and Landed Global (2014). Earlier this year, he published a second edition of Landed Hong Kong.

A native of Canada, Dillon lived in Tokyo from 1989 to 1992, when he moved to Hong Kong. Since 2012, he has served on the management committee of a 210-unit apartment complex in Hong Kong. He appears regularly in the international media, as both a contributor and a guest.
