About the Event:

When negative posts outweigh the good and an angry stakeholder starts a tweet attack, how does a business or professional defend themselves? What can be done to minimize these risks and police your brand online?

One of the leading global cyberlawyers has advised the industry leaders and is one of five members of Facebook's international safety advisory board. She will share strategies, tips and practices that will help you maintain a clean online brand and reputation.

Digital branding and online reputations are crucial for local and international businesses of all sizes. A disgruntled customer or former employee can attack your hard-earned branding in cyberspace with a Tweet, Facebook post or Google-searchable rant.

How can you build and maintain a reliable digital brand? And, what do you do when it comes under attack? All businesses hope to be at the top of digital search pages. But, make sure that top level search result is one you choose, not your competitors, detractors or trolls.
