Stephane Ha graduated with an entrepreneur's mind. During the boom of private transportation in Paris in 2011, Stephane co-founded Transfer n'go, a transportation business company. Within this company he managed the the operations as well as all financial aspects of the business. In 2012, Stephane sold Transfer n' go to pursue a career in business management where he began his career with ASD Group and developed ASD Hong Kong Limited. His background in international business has enabled him to to bring an expertise in purchase/export/import/customs, duties and VAT tax/logistics to his workplace environment. Stephane is proud to be part of a company that allows for the optimization of trading business between Europe and the rest of the world.

Thibault DAVID-PASTRE began his career in 2006 as international development assistant for the company NCW France which specializes in the subcontracting of garment accessories for many famous French Brands and worldwide Fashion companies.In daily contact with the Hong Kong branch of the group owner of NCW France, Thibault was in charge of the following up with production in Asia.

In 2011, Thibault joined the Hong Kong branch New Comota World Ltd.In 2012, Thibault became the director and partner of the Hong Kong branch.Owner of New Comota World in 2013, he set up the project to optimize the global structure of the tax and logistics side and began his collaboration with ASD Group. After one year working with ASD, Thibault saw the possibilities offered by fiscal representation and decided to extend his business from the B to B market to the B to C market and started an online haberdashery shop called PrettyMercerie.com.
