Making the right business decision is a challenge that most of us face every business day. There are many options you need to weigh up and selecting the right one can mean the difference between success and failure.
This interactive session will show you how to improve the way you make, or help others to make, decisions. It will further highlight how everyone has blindspots in the way they normally think, evaluate and decide. In this session you will discover how to recognise your current style of deciding, as well as how to adapt that style to different situations and to achieve better outcomes.
