About the Event:

Women’s role has become increasingly vital in the workplace across the globe. Keeping talented women in the workforce can significantly boost business performance. However while many employers recognize this, very few companies are actively structuring their health & benefit strategy to target women and their unique needs. Using Mercer’s new global gender research report, “When Women Thrive, Businesses Thrive”, we will broaden the conventional understanding of the opportunities available to employers to support female talent across their lifecycle. At this seminar, we will look at women’s health care concerns at the workplace, how women wellness may impact business performance and how employers can improve business performance by supporting women employees at work. Some women related health tips will also be given by a health professional at the end of the seminar.

As a forward-thinking employer, come and join us to explore ideas on how to address the specific needs of your female employees, and explore the strategic elements of fostering gender diversity in the workplace.

(Target audience: both male and female audiences are welcome, particularly D&I managers, HR managers, C&B managers & Business Owners)
