About the Event:

HR professionals frequently neglect the development of themselves and their team, due to their focus on the rest of the business. If you ask most CEOs in Asia, issues with Talent will be in their top 3 business challenges. In order to be a business leader, HR leaders need to be comfortable with the language of the business as well as be able to create focus on the talent challenges that meet the needs of the future. The presentation of this event goes through the key areas HR leaders need to be good at to lead the business, their function and their team, if they aspire to being a CHRO.

This event will also give you a sneak peek of Ivey Human Resources Executive Leadership Program jointly offered by Ivey Business School and S Flynn Consulting.
