Adrian Bradbury
Managing Director & Head of M&A and Private Equity, Quam Capital Limited
Adrian is the Managing Director of corporate finance and head of M&A and Private Equity at Quam Capital Limited. He has been associated with Quam Capital since 1999 and has acted as senior banker on many domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate advisory transactions, particularly in the energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, food and beverage and healthcare sectors. Adrian graduated from Manchester University with a degree in civil engineering and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Young, Bristol, England in 1989.

Sandeep Sekhri
Founder, Dining Concepts Holdings
Mr. Sekhri is the founder, CEO, and the Chairman of Dining Concepts Holdings. As he is currently planning the company’s IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, he will share his thoughts on the process. Sandeep has over 21 years of experience in the hospitality and full-service restaurant industries in Hong Kong and India, including positions with the Taj Mahal Hotel and Le Meridien. Sandeep graduated from the University of Delhi with a degree in Commerce.

 

John Levack
Managing Director, Electra Partners Asia Ltd
John Levack is Managing Director and founder of Electra Partners Asia Limited. He has over 23 years of private equity experience with Electra and 3i PLC in Asia and Europe, which included a secondment of four years to India to manage a private equity joint venture between 3i PLC and ANZ Grindlays Bank and making investments in Indian companies. John has a BSc in Business Administration from Bath University in the UK.

Brian Lau
Partner, Prometheus Investment Group
Brian Lau is a Partner at Prometheus which is an advisory firm that specializes in capital raising, investment collaboration and cross border transactions. He brings deep operating experience having run businesses in the technology, supply chain, and industrial sectors. Brian is a CMA, CPA member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, and holds a B.A. from the University of Waterloo, and an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
