Women’s role has become increasingly vital in the workplace across the globe. Encouraging women to join or stay in the workforce can generate a significant impact on economic growth. However, women’s benefit needs are not being met. About the Event:

Women’s role has become increasingly vital in the workplace across the globe. Encouraging women to join or stay in the workforce can generate a significant impact on economic growth. However, women’s benefit needs are not being met. Using Mercer’s new global gender research report, “When Women Thrive, Businesses Thrive”, we will broaden the conventional understanding of the opportunities available to employers to support female talent across their lifecycle. During the seminar, we will look at women’s health care concerns and explore key socioeconomic drivers that cause women to leave the workforce.

As a forward-thinking employer, come and join us to explore ideas on how to address the specific needs of your female employees, and explore the strategic elements of fostering gender diversity in the workplace.
