About the Event:
Cultural Competence is the ability to reduce the risks and maximize the opportunities inherent in cultural differences and similarities, as well as culture-based performance and success factors. In complex, diverse global organizations and their international marketplace, this ability is increasingly important. It enables responsiveness, speed and adaptability. It is the bonding agent in the dichotomy between global and local operations, and the underpinning for innovation, growth, speed, high-performance, and adaptability.

Cultural competence is the outcome of a continuous learning process. The more an individual engages in this learning process, the greater the cultural competence they exhibit.

In this event, Mr. Ulf Behrendt will explore the impact of culture on your business.
Participants will see how their cultural preferences influence how they are conducting business, and will look at strategies to handle cultural differences.
