ABOUT THE EVENT:
Private hospitals in Hong Kong are among the most expensive in the world when it comes to giving birth and parents have to think twice, and conduct some extra due diligence, not only with respect to offsetting costs with maternity insurance, but also in terms of private vs. public options and best practices.

This discussion panel brings together three specialists that view maternity from three different angles:an insurance expert, a private medical doctor, and a Chinese medicine practitioner. The panelists will provide a brief overview of their view of maternity costs and options in Hong Kong, while leaving much of the time open to answer the most common questions, as prepared by the moderator and follow-up questions from the audience.
