About the Speakers:
Gareth Hart

Gareth Hart joined Colliers International in 1996 and has over 17 years experience in the sale and lease of investment grade residential property across Australia, Hong Kong, UK and many SE Asian locations.

Over the past 7 years Gareth has been a primary driver of the International Properties business for Colliers International based in Hong Kong. Gareth has represented most of the UK and Australia′s leading developers and has a deep working knowledge of both markets.
Ivor Morris
Director, KPMG


Ivor Morris has twelve years experience working in London and Hong Kong advising investors on international real estate transactions. He has advised many of the world’s leading fund managers, REITs, real estate companies and sovereign wealth funds on setting up and maintaining tax efficient structures for holding overseas real estate.

Mr. Ivor Morris has worked on many UK property transactions, including office blocks, residential developments, retail malls, as well as internationally focused projects across Europe, Asia and North America, and on various strategies ranging from development to long term holds.
