About the Speaker:
Alan Seigrist
CFO of The Executive Centre
 
Alan Seigrist is Chief Financial Officer for The Executive Centre with executive responsibility for corporate finance, investment feasibility and operational performance analysis. He is also a management shareholder and a board director.

Prior to The Executive Centre, Alan worked as the Corporate Finance Manager at private equity firm Pathfinder Asia, with over US$ 300 million in assets. With Pathfinder, Alan lived and worked in Manila, Hong Kong, Saigon and Sydney. Previous to Pathfinder, Seigrist worked at Bechtel Corporation. Based in San Francisco, Alan worked in project management and business development on Bechtel projects around the world valued at over US$20 billion in contract value. Alan also has previous work experience at IBM and Unocal Corporation.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of California at Berkeley. He serves as Chair of the Real Estate Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and is Vice Chair of Republicans Abroad in Hong Kong. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Jane Goodall Institute, Hong Kong, and is on the Board of Advisors for Take5People, a China-based human resources software company.
