About the Event:

Ivey Business School professor, Gerard Seijts, will be visiting Hong Kong in September. During his visit, he will be sharing with us insights and research findings from his upcoming book, Good Leaders Learn.

Are leaders born or made? How do good leaders learn? How do leaders set themselves up for success? While successful leadership strategies have been scrutinized and explored, Good Leaders Learnis the first book to directly address these key questions. Professor Gerard Seijts will share with us real-life experiences of a wide variety of leaders from different industries, sectors, and countries to bring to light new lessons on the importance of life-long learning.

In the process of putting together his book, Gerard carried out a series of probing interviews with thirty-one senior and high-profile leaders around the world. On September 19, Gerard will share practical insights and leadership research to help current and potential leaders build a solid foundation crucial to achieving leadership success.
