During this talk Alistair Lamont will discuss the answers to these questions and share Team Building Asia’s insights into the most effective approaches to both developing and building teams for organisations across the Asia region.

Alistair Lamont

Alistair has over 17 years experience in the People Development field where he has worked with a wide range of senior executives of all nationalities from a variety of sectors including media, finance, government, retail, manufacturing and transport.

 Alistair is a professionally Qualified Facilitator with over 7 years experience facilitating strategy sessions, company meetings, team and people development programs for clients across Asia Pacific. These include: Cathay Pacific, InterContinental Hotels Group, National Australia Bank, Puma, English Schools Foundation and Nomura.

Alistair is also a professionally qualified coach (MBTI & Harrison Assessment Qualified) with over 10 years experience delivering executive and team coaching to directors, managers and senior employees across Asia Pacific.
