About the Speaker:

John Lee

John Lee is the Head of Business development, CXA Hong Kong. Prior to CXA, John held regional senior HR roles with BlackRock, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Nomura and Lehman Brothers. In these organizations, he made significant benefit enhancements and also spearheaded implementation and benefits harmonisation through various mergers and acquisition.

John started off his career as an actuary after graduating from University of Toronto, working at insurance and reinsurance companies across Canada and US. He also worked at Mercer between New York and Hong Kong, advising large clients on their benefits strategy.
