About the Speaker:

Cat Purvis
Co-Founder Exicon 

Cat’s company, Exicon, help companies transform their mobile businesses. Her cloud platform walks people through the Mobile workflow to make them app experts. Her customers include App-reneurs building their first app to Fortune 500s managing portfolios nearly 500 apps. Cat spent 5 years in China building companies, factories and amusement parks. She has also founded 6 other companies. She studied Management and Statistics at St Andrews University and received Diplomas in Marketing and Process-reengineering. She speaks English, French, Mandarin and German, was born and raised in Asia. Until recently Cat still swam competitively at a global level including the Masters World Championships. Her dream is to do a family swim tour with her husband and 4 kids in the Greek Islands.

Peggy Chan is the Founder, Managing Director and Executive Chef of Grassroots Pantry, a homespun restaurant serving innovative plant-based cuisine with the highest standards of hospitality. Through Grassroots Pantry, Peggy shares her passion for organic produce and supporting local sustainble agriculture in educating the public about the issues that face our food systems today. Since opening in 2012, Grassroots Pantry has enjoyed great success and media coverage in publications such as CNN travel, Cathay Pacific Discovery Magazine, Travel & Leisure SE Asia and many more.

Anne Copeland
Director and Sustainability Advisor, Copeland & Partners Ltd.

Anne founded Copeland & Partners Limited in 2008 and has 28 years of experience in environmental and social risk management. In fact she has been active in the sustainability field in Hong Kong and Asia since 1996 and was a founding member of the HKSAR Council for Sustainable Development's Strategy Sub-Committee, the Global reporting Initiative's Stakeholder Council, the HK Business Coalition on the Environment, and she led Cancham's Sustainable Development Committee for its first 7 years and remains an Advisor to the Committee.
