What is mindfulness? Is this just another buzz word and how is this relevant to corporate life? Do you sometimes feel you have too much on your plate and you are spinning your wheels incessantly? Is learning to multi-task the answer? What is the PAID reality?

With the speed of distractions today, our attention is under constant siege. We have entered the Attention Deficit Economy. A strong and clear focus is becoming the most valuable resource in today's business. Please join us for a lunchtime presentation by mindfulness coach MaryAnn Voli to find out the answers to these questions and what we can do to counteract all of this.

In a fun and interactive session MaryAnn Voli will explain what mindfulness (a scientifically validated solution to the challenges of working in high-pressure environments) can do for us. She will also give you the tools to start a quick daily training routine that can help you:

  • Be calm, clear and focused
  • Be more creative
  • Avoid emotional reactions
  • Sleep better
  • Feel happier
